Case Management

Juris provides the very best service in this field. We can scan your documents while in discovery, build a case using Sanction II software, deliver the case to you, and offer in court support to present the case along side with graphical boards for demonstratives.

Scanning

We start with bating the documents either by hand or electronic bating. Once the documents are bated we beginning to scan them using our high speed scanners. We can then produce TIFF or PDF files along with DII load files that can then be imported into Sanction II or Summation.

Case Building

Once all your documents are in Sanction II or Summation we can then ID them, place them in categories, redact or Highlight them, and build presentations for mediation or trial.

Delivery

In this step we usually update you with any and every change made to to case. Such as added Video Depositions, more documents, etc. We personally update all your machines and hard drives so that everyone has the most current version of the case. We do this in the following ways. 1. Copy / Paste Database and Case Items from a portable drive in your office, or 2. Upload / Download via FTP server systems.

Court Support

From working in your office to the courtroom Juris works hand in hand with Attorney and Paralegal alike to make sure you are successful at winning cases. At this time we will supply all the equipment needed. Projectors, Laptops with the case on it, Boards, etc.
